About Rick

Rick Pleasants brings a unique combination of real estate, construction, and operations experience to every client relationship. Before moving into residential real estate sales, Rick built an extensive background in residential and commercial construction management, overseeing projects, coordinating contractors, and maintaining high standards for quality and safety. He also spent 15 years in logistics operations and high-volume communication roles, sharpening his ability to manage details, deadlines, and complex situations with precision.

Rick was drawn to real estate by a genuine desire to help people make smart, confident decisions about their homes and investments. Known for his reliability, straightforward communication, and follow-through, he takes pride in being the person his clients can count on—especially when a transaction becomes complicated. His hands-on construction knowledge also gives buyers and sellers an added perspective when evaluating homes, property condition, and potential opportunities.

Having lived in the area with his family since 2011, Rick offers more than a decade of firsthand knowledge of the local neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and community. He values the relationships built throughout the real estate process and considers helping clients reach the finish line—and seeing the excitement that comes with it—one of the most rewarding parts of his career.

Outside of real estate, Rick enjoys surf fishing, spending time at the beach, volunteering through his church, and coaching youth football and basketball. Above all, he enjoys time with his wife and sons, whether they are outdoors, exploring somewhere new, or simply spending time together.
