Before entering real estate, Courtney developed a diverse professional portfolio that uniquely qualifies her to navigate complex property transactions. Her early career in financial services established expertise in managing high-value transactions and understanding market dynamics. As an entrepreneur, she successfully launched businesses in interior design and antique sales—experiences that honed her ability to assess property potential and market value. Then, as Executive Director of Unhindered Ministries and host of the “Women Unhindered” podcast, Courtney demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills that translate directly to effective client representation.

“My favorite thing about real estate is knowing I can relieve much of the stress of the buying or selling process for my clients using my skills of communication, creativity, and negotiation,” Courtney explains. “I even try to make it fun when I can. The concept of HOME is so important that it’s an honor to help my clients with buying and selling.”

When not helping clients, Courtney enjoys family game nights and volunteers with her church’s prayer team. Her creative interests extend to decorating and fashion, and she unwinds with a good book or movie.
