Amy Gradney’s passion for real estate was cultivated long before she began her professional career. As a child, she accompanied her parents to open houses during their own home search, where she became captivated by the character of each property and the stories they represented. That foundation ultimately led her to pursue real estate and continues to fuel her commitment to helping clients find not just a house, but a place they are truly proud to call home.

With more than seven years of experience in the industry, Amy brings expertise, steady guidance, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. She is known for delivering a personalized, relationship-driven experience rooted in patience, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy. Understanding that no two transactions are alike, Amy tailors her approach to each client’s unique goals, circumstances, and timeline—ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported from start to finish.

One of her most meaningful successes was helping a young couple transition from renting to building their first home. After more than a year of preparation and planning, she helped them secure a new-build contract and watched their dream take shape from the ground up. Today, she continues to serve their extended family—a testament to the trust and long-term relationships she builds. Amy also takes pride in having skillfully guided many sellers through complex financial situations, structuring solutions that allow them to move forward with clarity and confidence.

A lifelong resident of the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Amy possesses extensive knowledge of the region and enjoys serving clients throughout the metroplex. Outside of real estate, she is deeply committed to her family and community. Her children are actively involved in sports, dance, and theater, and she dedicates much of her time to supporting their passions—including coaching a 4th-grade girls basketball team in Caddo Mills.
