Sarah Pleasants is a dedicated REALTOR® who brings a people-first approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate some of life’s biggest decisions. She has built her business around trust, responsiveness, and personalized service, ensuring every client feels heard, informed, and supported from the first conversation through closing.

Originally from Michigan, Sarah relocated to Mesquite, Texas, in 2013 and has called North Texas home for more than a decade. Having experienced a major move herself, she understands the challenges that can come with relocating and enjoys helping clients feel confident as they establish roots in a new community. Over the years, she has developed strong familiarity with communities throughout the eastern Dallas area and stays connected to the neighborhoods, businesses, and continued growth shaping the region.

Whether helping a first-time buyer, seller, relocating family, or investor, Sarah takes the time to understand each client’s individual goals and guide them toward the right decision. Her commitment goes beyond simply completing a transaction—she strives to make the entire experience as smooth, informed, and enjoyable as possible. Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, and embracing the Texas outdoors. Family, faith, and community are important parts of her life, and she and her family are active members of First Baptist Church Forney.
